For the support of the French-speaking customers of the consolidator AERTiCKET France, we are looking for a Travel Agent (m/f/d) at our headquarters in Berlin as soon as possible. 

• You will assist our customers (B2B/B2C) with all questions regarding international flights and fares and support them in French.
• You take care of individual customer inquiries and carry out bookings, ticket issues, rebookings and cancelations of flight and train tickets via various GDS and NDC tools.
• You will ensure that the quality criteria and operational standards of our company are adhered to.
• You report to the team leader. 

• You have completed training in the tourism industry, completed further training or gained sound experience in selling airline tickets.
• You are interested in flying and are very familiar with the aviation industry, its products and the variety of airline fares.
• You have the courage to constantly develop and improve your own area of activity.
• You are no stranger to Amadeus and Sabre, as you are very familiar with GDS systems.
• You are characterized by your own initiative, customer and service orientation and your ability to work in a goal-oriented and flexible manner.
• You are used to working with MS Office.
• Your written and spoken German, French and English are very good.
• You are a team player and enjoy working with your colleagues.
