Sitting for hours on end is a health risk. If you don't get enough exercise, you risk physical damage - and not just to your spine. In our smart, well-equipped gym, all colleagues can do their own workouts on various fitness machines.
The motto for this should be: It's not about being the best. It's about being better than yesterday.
In addition, there are free sports courses, e.g. yoga, self-defense, and back school.
We also offer affordable medical back massages once a week.
All colleagues can take part in regular health checks - e.g. the annual eye exam - and get a flu vaccination in the fall.
